Utilizing the use of the Rider Waite Card deck, based on current situational life experiences as you show up, I work with you to discern the guidance provided with the energy of these cards. The Tarot cards are an instrument that can provide information to assess current behavioural patterns and offer guidance on to break lower vibrational and or destructive patterns.
Utilizing the Chakra system, I will work with you to understand areas in your self that may have energetic blockages, and offer strategies and guidance on how to clear up these blockages. I also provide Chakra Cording exercises, to understand where your energy is being connected, drained and or disconnected from aspects in your life. Specific to athletes and people who are seeking to improve their mental focus, clarity and resolve in their sport competitions. Using guided meditation and visualization, I can help provide a map of what steps you need to take, on top of your physical work training with your sports coach, and provide actionable steps to improve your game.
